Our Approach
Custom residential projects are sometimes straight-forward build projects, but often they are innovative and/or complex, utilizing new technologies and materials from around the world. In all cases, the architectural details are particular and require fastidious attention.
We've worked with a wide range of suppliers from across the country and abroad to establish costs for many different material specifications and construction solutions. Researching new suppliers, products and construction technology is part of the process we undertake.
Estimating of custom residential construction projects is a fascinating process. It utilizes the latest in computer hardware, specialized programs, and involves working with innovative architects, builders, and subcontract technologies. It's a special pleasure to work with owners either directly or through the builder or architect to achieve a magnificent creation.
