Whether you are a builder, owner, or designer, our goal is to provide you with clear reporting, giving you knowledge and control of project costs at all phases of the design-build process.

• For the architect or builder working with the owner at the design phase, our iterative design phase costing and change reports keep you and your client fully informed.

We picture the project as a series of iterations of the cost spreadsheet, accompanied by evolving drawings and specifications. The cost spreadsheet contains the framework of scope, costs, materials, and subcontractor commitments: a framework you can take to the bank. It minimizes unknowns and maximizes the potential for perfect success of your project: completion as planned, and within the budget.

We provide up-to-date detailed costing through the design stage evolution of your project, so that you achieve that optimum mix of everything you want, within the budget you have, large or small.
We also optionally offer full management of your design process. Whether your project is a renovation or turnkey new residence, we can put cost at the centre of the design. You may wish to spend more on your project for some finer details, or you may wish to keep costs to a more moderate level. We can help you do that.
